As you can see below, we have three scheduling options.
Meet Solaris – 15 minutes – You will have the opportunity to meet Jonas, our RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant). In this meeting, you will get familiar with Solaris’s work method and what to expect from us; however, immigration and visa-related information will not be provided.
Express Consultation – 30 minutes – This consultation is recommended for addressing your specific questions about an immigration program or visa/permit. Receive guidance on the next steps for your application process.
Immigration Consultation – 60 minutes – Here you will have a complete analysis of your profile for Canadian immigration, along with information about temporary and/or permanent visa processes with immigration authorities. Discover your options and learn the best immigration plan for your case. Get your questions answered and be guided on the next steps for your application process.
Before scheduling, please read our terms and conditions below. Keep in mind that consultations do not include document analysis, NOC review, or guidance for completing forms for processes already in progress or not being handled by Solaris Immigration.
Terms and Conditions for Immigration Consultations:
- Solaris Immigration, through its immigration consultant, member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council – ICCRC, Jonas Tavares Trannin (R706185), will provide consulting services with the purpose of analyzing the client’s profile and offering information on temporary and/or permanent visa processes with Canadian immigration authorities.
- The Initial Consultation, valued at CAD 140.00 (one hundred and forty Canadian dollars), lasts up to 60 minutes. It does not include support for follow-up questions via email, nor does it grant a free second consultation.
- The Express Consultation, valued at CAD 80.00 (eighty Canadian dollars), has a maximum duration of 30 (thirty) minutes. It does not include support for follow-up questions via email, nor does it grant a free second consultation.
- Consultations do not include document analysis, guidance for completing forms for processes already underway that are not being handled by Solaris Immigration, or NOC – National Occupational Classification analysis.
- All consultations are intended exclusively for the client and their immediate family, if applicable. Immediate family means the spouse or partner and children under 22 years old (when considered dependents in the permanent residence process). Other relatives or friends are not included in the consultation.
- Consultations are subject to the consultant’s availability, taking into account the time zone difference between Vancouver and the client’s location. Scheduled consultations will be held via the Zoom application.
- Rescheduling of a previously booked time may be done once (1), free of charge, with a minimum notice of 48 business hours prior to the scheduled time. For additional rescheduling requests, a CAD 30.00 (thirty Canadian dollars) rescheduling fee will be charged.
- Cancellations may be requested at least 48 business hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee. Otherwise, the canceled consultation will not be refundable.
- If Solaris Immigration cancels a consultation, it will be rescheduled for the next available time.
- If the client is late, the consultation will be conducted within the remaining scheduled time.
- In the event of a no-show, the consultation fee will not be refunded. In such cases, to book a new consultation, an additional fee of CAD 50.00 (fifty Canadian dollars) will be charged.
- Consultations may be held in Portuguese and/or English.
- Within 12 months from the date of the first consultation, the client may choose to apply the full consultation fee toward Solaris Immigration’s professional fees for permanent residence processes, or receive a 10% discount on the total professional fees for temporary visa and permit processes.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable.
- Payment may be made by credit card via the Stripe platform or international credit card. Payment may also be made via PIX in Brazilian reais according to the exchange rate of the day.
- Consultations conducted via Zoom may be recorded by Solaris Immigration.
